These Terms govern your use of the Atlas UX website and services. By using them you agree to these Terms.
Program. Atlas UX operates a two-way text messaging program for customer care. We send scheduling and follow-up messages, account and service notifications, and replies to questions you text us.
How you opt in. By entering your mobile number on a form at atlasux.cloud and checking the SMS consent box, by texting our business number 573-742-2028, or by giving your number to our team and agreeing to text follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT and STOPALL also work. Reply START to resubscribe.
How to get help. Reply HELP, email support@atlasux.cloud, or call 573-742-2028.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Google Voice, and most other U.S. carriers.
Mobile information sharing. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to them. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you submit.
Paid plans renew on the stated cycle until cancelled. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas UX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
